law fraud, and contract disputes. She previously worked for Holland
& Knight, LLC on issues involving products liability litigation,
commercial litigation, and business law.

Ms. Ward is a 2002 graduate
of George Washington University Law Center in Washington, D.C.,
where she was a competing member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution
Board and was actively involved in the Black Law Students Association.
In 1995, Ms. Ward graduated with honors from the University of Dayton
with a BA.
