Eric Newman

 
Eric Newman is Of Counsel with the Firm and focuses his practice on the structuring and negotiation of business transactions and general corporate matters. Eric has served as de facto general counsel for clients at various stages of development and routinely selects and supervises outside counsel and advises on strategy in all areas of law, including mergers and acquisitions and litigation and actively participate in the development of corporate strategy and in financing activities of several clients.
