Mr. Murray has experience in a variety of legal matters, including insurance coverage, casualty, construction defect, medical malpractice defense, civil rights litigation, prosecuting crimes, and defending indigent criminal defendants. Mr. Murray previously worked as a summer associate at Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey.

At the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Mr. Murray served as an Associate Editor of the law review as well as a Senior Member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates. Mr. Murray won the Chicago Bar Association National Moot Court Competition in 2008, where he was named third-best oralist overall and his team received the award for third-best brief submission. In addition, Mr. Murray is a recipient of the Ferd J. & Lottie Chmielnicki Dean’s Scholarship for academic achievement and the CALI Award for Civil Rights Litigation. Mr. Murray was also inducted into the Dean’s Honor Society.
