Mr. Duff has successfully represented clients in complex litigation involving business torts, class actions, complex shareholder disputes, commercial financing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, ERISA, mortgage and derivative investments, employment contract and termination claims, trusts, fiduciary duties, professional malpractice, letters of credit, products liability, Olympic related disputes, and various matters requiring emergency injunctive relief.
Mr. Duff has handled cases in federal and state courts and before mediators throughout the country, as well as cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Federal Circuits, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
